3. Golf, Tee Times & Course Access

The Hills of Baw Beese Lake reserves the right to modify tee times, restrict course access, delay or suspend play, or close all or portions of the golf course when necessary because of weather, course conditions, maintenance, tournaments, private events, safety concerns, or other circumstances.
All golfers and guests are expected to follow posted course rules, golf etiquette, cart policies, and instructions from club staff.
4. Memberships
Memberships are subject to the applicable membership agreement, bylaws, club policies, dues, fees, and rules established by The Hills of Baw Beese Lake.
Information presented on our website regarding memberships is intended as general information and does not supersede any membership agreement, bylaws, policies, or other governing documents.
Membership privileges, eligibility, dues, fees, and policies may be modified in accordance with applicable club procedures.
5. Events, Leagues & Tournaments

Registration is not considered complete until all required information and, when applicable, payment have been received.
The Hills of Baw Beese Lake reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event when circumstances reasonably require it. When an event is canceled or materially changed, any applicable refunds or credits will be handled according to the policy established for that event.
6. Dining & Private Events
Restaurant hours, menus, pricing, specials, and availability are subject to change.
Private events, banquets, celebrations, outings, and facility rentals may be governed by separate agreements containing specific terms regarding deposits, minimum purchases, cancellations, food and beverage service, damages, and other requirements.
If a separate event agreement conflicts with these Terms & Conditions, the terms of the specific event agreement will control for that event.
7. Pro Shop Purchases
Merchandise offered through The Pro Shop at The Hills of Baw Beese Lake is subject to availability.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, or product-description errors.
Special orders, personalized merchandise, custom golf clubs, logoed merchandise, and other customized products may be subject to different return or cancellation policies and may be non-returnable once ordered or produced.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the terms established by the manufacturer.
8. Payments
Payments made through our website or other electronic systems may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

10. Gift Cards & Account Credits

Golf is an outdoor activity and is subject to changing weather and course conditions.
The Hills of Baw Beese Lake may delay, restrict, suspend, or cancel play because of severe weather, excessive rainfall, unsafe conditions, maintenance requirements, or other circumstances affecting the course.
Golfers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and following all safety instructions issued by staff.
12. Assumption of Risk
Participation in golf and other recreational activities involves inherent risks, including risks associated with weather, terrain, golf balls, golf clubs, golf carts, other participants, and natural conditions.
By participating in activities at The Hills of Baw Beese Lake, guests acknowledge the ordinary and inherent risks associated with those activities.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
13. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting The Hills of Baw Beese Lake.
To the extent permitted by law, The Hills of Baw Beese Lake is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property.
